The 3rd International Symposium on Signal Processing Systems (SSPS-2021) was initially planned to be held in Beijing, China, March 26-28, 2021. Due to COVID-19, this conference was eventually held in a virtual form, with the aim of providing a platform for researchers working in the field of Signal Processing Systems to present the state-of-the- art methodologies, novel ideas and high quality research papers.
